Such a weird week. An @att racists agent refused to help me because of my accent and claimed they couldn't understand me. But also got a comment saying my channel is very good for learning English 🤔

Just got a racist insult from @ATT I wanted to combine my two acts and was on a call with their digital center, the receptionist asked for my phone number, and there is a "3", he kept hearing it as "0" and in the end telling me bc of my accent he refuses to help me anymore 1/

Even if the @att representative couldn't understand me, their behavior is unacceptable. You cannot refuse to serve anyone based on their accent, and ghost people on the line. Very unprofessional.

anyone who has talked to me would know that my English is fine especially oral English. There is no way when I say "three" people don't get it. My phone number is also used in many merchandise memberships, never once did I have a problem telling my number orally
