Ever felt like your success was a fluke? Like one day, someone’s going to see you, or rather, see through you, and say ...“You don’t belong here.” That’s imposter syndrome. And (as much as you’d like to think so) it does not disappear with success. I’ve seen leaders running thriving companies still feel like someone is going to uncover them eventually. But here’s what I tell them: ✅ You’re NOT an imposter for growing into new challenges. ✅ You’re supposed to feel stretched — that’s what growth feels like! ✅ You were made for this, be yourself...and a little humility is a good thing! Doubting your decisions and yourself isn’t a sign of incompetence. It’s a reminder you care about doing things right, self reflection and continuing to grow. It’s a GOOD thing!
