2024 recap is bittersweet. 2 full months of doing this. December took a screeching halt because of mistakes regarding cash flow.

I know sellers who have been doing this for a year and haven’t hit this number, and I know sellers who do this in a day. Running my own race.

My goal in 2025 is $500k sales and 70% wholesale. I needed to slowdown in december to focus on establishing the business credit needed to truly scale. That required short term sacrifices for a long term gain. Gonna be doing this a long time. Thinking about the future.
