Good to see that the RSS debate is now attracting “legal luminaries” too.

I am ready to discuss, deliberate and debate this issue anytime, anywhere on law, Constitution, transparency and accountability.

And I sincerely hope this post targeting me by @JethmalaniM will not be billed to either the BJP or the RSS.

Mr. Mahesh, you say:

Interesting pravachan coming from the son of Shri Ram Jethmalani.

A surname may open doors, but it does not automatically give weight to every argument. And certainly, invoking the Constitution while defending opacity does not make the argument constitutional.

Let me remind you of a basic distinction:

You are selected representative.
I am an elected public representative

Not once. Not twice. But, Thrice.

So, before lecturing me on constitutional morality, please answer the real question: why should any organisation of such scale, influence and public activity remain outside ordinary legal transparency?

Please get yourself appointed as the RSS designated legal representative and respond to our queries in my office if they allow you.

Also, this applies equally to all the “legal luminaries” writing editorials and delivering pravachans on TV.

PS: if you don’t mind me asking Mahesh ji, do your children:
- attend RSS shakhas
- spend time Gau Shalas
- drink Gau mutra
- Are they Gau or Dharam Rakshaks (at least part time)

BIG BREAKING | राम मंदिर दान चोरी का मामला। बाथरूम में नकदी छिपाते थे, जेवरातों का हिसाब गायब, जमीन खरीद में करोड़ों की लूट। कौशलपुरी में होता था बंटवारा। SIT इन्वेस्टिगेशन नहीं बल्कि इंक्वायरी कर रही है। नियमित आपराधिक जांच अभी नहीं।

राम मंदिर की दानराशि में कथित हेरफेर के मामले में लगातार नए और गंभीर खुलासे सामने आ रहे हैं। प्रकाशित रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक, दान की गिनती के दौरान नकदी को चुराकर बाथरूम में छिपाने और फिर रिश्तेदारों व परिचितों के जरिए बाहर पार कराने का खेल चल रहा था।

रिपोर्ट में दावा किया गया है कि दान की गिनती से जुड़े कुछ लोग नकदी को पहले अलग करते थे और बाद में उसे बाहर पहुंचाया जाता था। आरोप है कि इसी पैसे से जमीन और संपत्ति खरीदने तक की बात जांच में सामने आई है।

मामले में दूसरा बड़ा एंगल चढ़ावे के जेवरातों का है। रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक, ट्रस्ट पदाधिकारी चढ़ावे में आए सोने-चांदी और बहुमूल्य जेवरातों का स्पष्ट हिसाब नहीं दे पा रहे हैं। SIT ने अनिल मिश्रा, गोपाल राव और टिन्नू यादव से लंबी पूछताछ की है। चंपत राय से भी सवाल पूछे जाने की बात रिपोर्ट में सामने आई है।

जांच में रामलला को उपहार में मिले बहुमूल्य हार और चरण पादुका का मामला भी पहेली बना हुआ है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, SIT यह पता लगाने की कोशिश कर रही है कि रामलला को भेंट किया गया बहुमूल्य हार और चरण पादुका आखिर कहां गए और उनका पूरा रिकॉर्ड किसके पास है।

सबसे बड़ा नया मोड़ ट्रस्ट की जमीन खरीद से जुड़ा है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, SIT ने 2021 से अब तक ट्रस्ट द्वारा खरीदी गई जमीनों के दस्तावेज खंगालने शुरू कर दिए हैं। जमीन खरीद की प्रक्रिया, मूल्यांकन, भुगतान और खरीद में शामिल लोगों की भूमिका की भी जांच की जा रही है।

रिपोर्टों में यह भी दावा किया गया है कि दानराशि में हेरफेर की जांच के बीच राम मंदिर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या और चढ़ावे पर भी असर पड़ा है। सवाल अब यह है श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था से जुड़े दान, जेवरात और जमीन खरीद जैसे संवेदनशील मामलों में पारदर्शिता की जिम्मेदारी किसकी थी?
