Hey @Columbia1938 why did I order a jacket on 12/1 that now won’t be here until 12/22? And I can’t get a person to talk to- wait time was 90 minutes this morning. Terrible experience with this purchase and my so. Is now without a jacket for our first snow.

@mlevram THIS. It has to be a part of the co conversation and decision making process. I’m fortunate that I work For an understanding employer and can afford to pay for alternative childcare. Many families in DC simply do not.
