@sadie_424 Can you find a new doctor? Any doctor should be able to tap a knee effusion. We learned to do this in medical school and it’s not a difficult procedure but can provide much relief. Any musculoskeletal radiology who does procedures will be able to do this. Best of luck! 🙏

Turns out this sweet dog escaped from her owner’s fenced yard several weeks ago about 7-8 miles from where she took refuge at our property. They are concerned about taking her back because of her escape artist tendencies. So for this weekend we will just work on her health. :)

@1Nicdar When I started medical school in 1984 my tuition for the 1st & 2nd years of medical school at a state university was $1200 for the year (and I made that in the summer). It went up after that and by my 4th year it was $4800. Same school is now $34000 for in state tuition per year.

@perfectrose2011 We will do that as soon as we can (vets closed for holiday weekend). We drove the 2 hours to check on her and feed and are bringing her back. Also made many posts.
