@zuck_elon@DominusAD78 @crowe_justinp Ironically, it's Protestants who choose traditions of random men over the clear teaching of scripture. This is arrogance.
Baptism is effective because God ordained it to be. The Spirit literally works through these waters. Arrogant man rejects this truth for rationalsim.
@DominusAD78@zuck_elon @crowe_justinp Thank you. It's exactly this unfounded arrogance of the sola scriptura crowd who crumble when faced with clear scripture on baptism, just for one example, that helped lift the veil from my Protestant eyes.
I'm Orthodox now, thank God!
@JoshuaBarzon No Protestants adhere to the Creed as understood by the Church of the first millennium. You redefine terms to suit your abberannt doctrines. And your filioque is heresy.
@robdoar@Synthdrum@barnes_law You need to budget "fog of war" into your armchair analysis of such things.
Common sense life lesson: don't fight the law when you're armed, unless you intend to go all the way. Playing games can get you killed.
@aristomenispapa @FordhamOrthodox Will you jerk offs have a special night to honor "Christians" who unapologetically identify as porno enthusiasts next?
@Stevieb8081@ComeHometoRome No Christian ever held your view of the Church before your judaized reformers came on the scene.
The Church's Tradition IS Christ's Tradition and it's never in conflict with scripture. Your tradition and doctrines are subject to your own subjective and fallen interpretation.
@Stevieb8081@ComeHometoRome Is the Church not the Body & fullness of Christ? Did Christ not promise to guard His Church so that hell would not prevail against it? Did Paul not say that the Church is the pillar and ground of all truth?
Or do you follow a man's tradition who teaches it's just an institution?
