NIGERIA MUST LOOK BEYOND OIL!
What happens if oil loses its value tomorrow? Will Nigeria be ready?
As H.E. Seyi Makinde challenges us to reflect, Nigeria must begin to rethink its economic priorities.
From agriculture to manufacturing, solid minerals and entrepreneurship, we have enormous opportunities waiting to be explored.
The future demands an economy built on production, innovation, job creation and sustainable growth.
We cannot continue depending on oil while neglecting our potential.
It is time to rethink, reform, and RESET NIGERIA 🇳🇬

PROMISES, DELIVERY, AND THE FUTURE OF NIGERIA! 🇳🇬
Let’s start with one simple question:
What kind of leadership, vision, and accountability should define Nigeria’s next chapter?
Leadership is measured not only by the promises made but also by the actions taken and the results delivered.
The Reset Nigeria conversation challenges us to look beyond campaign rhetoric and examine the policies, projects, outcomes, and track records that shape people’s lives.
As Nigeria looks towards 2027, we must identify what has worked, acknowledge what needs improvement, and explore how successful ideas can be adapted and scaled nationally.
The future of Nigeria deserves thoughtful conversations, informed choices, and accountable leadership.
Reform. Rebuild. Reset Nigeria. 🇳🇬

1. End allocation dependency. Move from sharing revenue to creating it — productivity, not federal handouts.
2. Resources alone won't build prosperity. Entrepreneurship and intensive production are the engines; risk-takers must be rewarded, not punished.
3. Compete at global speed. A 12-hour economy cannot compete in a 24-hour world. We must run round-the-clock.
4. Security and skills first. No investment survives insecurity, and no workforce wins without knowledge. Safe environment + skilled people = enabling conditions.

EXCUSES OR PERFORMANCE? NIGERIA DESERVES ANSWERS. 🇳🇬
Economic development is not about shifting blame; it is about delivering measurable results that improve the lives of citizens.
After more than three years in office, Nigerians deserve clear answers: What has been achieved? What challenges have been addressed? And what concrete plans will deliver better outcomes?
In Oyo State, the Makinde administration points to the strengthening of institutions such as OYSADA and OYSIPA, alongside efforts to attract private investment and expand employment opportunities, as part of its development record.
The lesson is that governance must be measured by what is planned, implemented, and delivered not by explanations alone.
As Nigeria approaches 2027, citizens have an important responsibility: to examine records, question promises, compare policy proposals, and demand accountability.
EXCUSES OR PERFORMANCE? WHAT SHOULD DEFINE THE NEXT CHAPTER OF NIGERIA’S LEADERSHIP?
