Time for an honest update from the team. We've been heads-down for a few months — here's what's been happening behind the scenes.
Over the past year we worked hard to find a path forward for Boss Fighters — new mechanics, economy reworks, ways to reach the right players. Web3 gaming landscape has shifted significantly in that time, and the conditions BF needed — VR gaming plus token-incentivized competitive play — are not there in the broader market right now.

⏸ The hard call
We're putting active development on pause until market conditions improve. We're not closing the project, and we share the disappointment with everyone who showed up for it.
Our expectations didn't pan out either, and we're proud of what we built here alongside you.
What carries forward is the team and the experience we built around it: high-fidelity VR simulation, distributed infrastructure, spatial computing on consumer hardware. That foundation is genuinely valuable, and the right move now is to point it at a problem where it creates real value today.

Where we go next
Over the past few months we've been figuring out where that is. The clearest signal came from robotics — physical AI is moving fast and is bottlenecked on real human manipulation data. We tested the idea with robotics teams. The interest was strong enough that we're committing the team's full focus to it.
The project is Exylos. From human intent to robot-ready skills.

It isn't going anywhere. We put years into building it, and shutting it down would be a waste. In the coming days you'll see it rebrand to Exylos — new chapter, future updates land here.
