Let that sink in.
👉 Undocumented adults in California receive taxpayer-funded dental cleanings, fillings, glasses, and vision exams.
👉 Meanwhile, hardworking Americans who paid into Medicare their entire lives are told “sorry, that’s not covered.”
How does this make sense?!
While seniors are forced to skip dental care or go into debt for basic eye exams, California expanded Medi-Cal to non-citizens — putting them ahead of American citizens.
This is the opposite of “America First.”
This is putting illegal immigrants before our own parents and grandparents.
Make America Healthy Again means prioritizing AMERICANS. Not open-ended benefits for those who broke the law to get here. 🇺🇸

Oh do I have a true story for you today…

Trip to Walmart today, I saw
an elderly lady stocking shelves. She dropped an item, I picked it up for her. In a very feeble voice, she says thank you. I asked how old she was, in her late 80’s. We talked a minute or two, she is going through so much, trying to survive.

I gave her a $100 bill, told her to get something she needed.

Why is anyone this old, in the United States, working? Why do politicians insist on taking care of the rest of the world? I'll never understand it, they are suppose to work for us!

Something needs to change. All I see is no respect, no discipline, no morals, want everything free!

It's a damn shame! People wonder why I hate politicians so bad!

We need term limits, NOW!

Understand that most American medical school seniors take their licensing exams while juggling clinical rotations and traveling the country for residency interviews. Many foreign medical students take a year off just to study for the USMLEs.

With so many foreign doctors being brought into the U.S. healthcare system, the question should be: what is the value of a U.S. medical school education? Another question worth asking: why haven't more medical schools been created in the U.S.? The demand for enrollment is there, as is the marketplace demand.

Eight years ago, we started a project called "Doctors Without Jobs" to bring attention to the plight of the many American doctors who have simply been thrown overboard by the system, and we testified before Congress during the Biden administration on this issue. Sadly, the situation has only gotten worse since then.

As the NRMP data below shows, the number of U.S. medical school graduates matching into residencies continues to go down, while the number of foreign-trained physicians getting residencies at U.S. teaching hospitals continues to go up.

The FBI rightfully arrested individuals for holding "fake nursing degrees" because their programs lacked required clinical clock hours under "Operation Nightingale." Yet, under new "alternative licensure" pathways in 24 US states, international medical graduates (IMGs)—many if not mostly from India—are permitted to permanently bypass standard US clinical training requirements, despite their foundational training being a full year shorter than equivalent US ADN nursing programs and two years shorter for Bachelor's in Nursing program (BSN) equivalencies and even worse it's 4.5 years shorter for MD.

US citizens face strict clock-hour requirements, mandatory clinicals, and years-long program waitlists. Meanwhile, states are creating alternative pathways that allow foreign-trained individuals with both shorter foundational programs and significantly fewer US clinical hours to practice permanently.

Why the discrepancy? US academic and clinical institutions have fostered conditions that justify hiring lower-paid, substandard international staff over domestic candidates.
