The rider of this bike thought it was clever pulling “wheelies” through Liverpool. Unfortunately for him, in front of our unmarked car. He was stopped, dealt with for a number of offences and continued his journey, on foot! #Seized #RoadSafety

This afternoon a motorbike failed to stop for officers around the Fazakerley and Croxteth area. The rider was detained and arrested for various offences after he collided with another vehicle. If anyone has any footage of the Pursuit please get in touch quoting 26000636493

#Nissan Navara stolen from #GMP this morning and travelled into #Merseyside. Vehicle sighted by #RPU patrols and located parked up with the assistance of @MerPolDogs . One male arrested nearby for a number of offences.

#RPU stop a vehicle and locate some extremely nervous occupants. Following a search of the vehicle, a large number of wraps of cocaine and heroin were located. Occupants #arrested.

This private hire vehicle was stopped for a documents check in the #Knowsley area. The driver admitted recent cocaine use and tested positive at the roadside. #arrested

Over the last 2 nights, Our teams conducted multiple check sites across Merseyside. 5 vehicles seized for insurance and licence offences, 5 arrested for drink and drug driving offences and a number of traffic offence reports issued. #RoadSafety #NoneForTheRoad

This #Kawasaki failed to stop for our #RPU biker, making off at speed. Two other #RPU bikes sighted it and got the vehicle stopped. Seized under Section 59 and driver #reported for a number of offences.

A driver was arrested after having a collision and giving a positive breath sample. Once in custody he gave a reading of over 220. The legal limit being 35. We are not sure how he was still standing. #oplimit

This electric motorcycle failed to stop for Matrix Disruption colleagues in L8. RPU attended along with @MerPolDogs to assist. following a lengthy pursuit the riders luck ran out and he was detained. Rider arrested for numerous offences and motorcycle seized #OffTheCrusher.

Following a stop check of a Volvo V40 by #RPU, officers noticed a smell of cannabis inside the vehicle. A searched located a large amount of cash and a small amount of cannabis concealed down the passengers trousers! Both occupants arrested. Drugs, vehicle and cash seized!

@scampo999 This was drug driving. Not possession of cannabis, so driver was arrested. We dont do FPNs for possession anymore though!

This hackney cab was stopped due to a defective brake light. After speaking with the driver we requested they complete a roadside drugs wipe. This was positive for cannabis. Driver arrested.
