@njoyzgrl81 @meijer Loss prevention is just doing their job. But like I said , him being disabled changes things. And with items being discarded, my store scanned them out for insurance purposes. So yes, you technically aren't screwing the company over, but it's still right and wrong.

@njoyzgrl81 @meijer Outside of being disabled, this is pretty standard practice. Most employees I've caught were over stupid things. But the mindset some of these people have is that I'm only taking a little, and the company won't notice. I've never had anyone steal because they needed to.
