ستاسو کاري دوره د ۲۰۱۴ څخه تر ۲۰۲۱ پوري مهمه وه چې د امریکا او غرب د وتلو د سیاست، د افغانستان د بقا او د سولې دتأمین لپاره ستراتیژیک تاریخي فرصت وو، چې له بده مرغه دا وخت ضایع سو، اوسنۍ وضعیت د جناب حامد کرزي او ستاسو د ټیم د غلطو سیاستونو، نیمګړتیاوو او فساد محصول دی.

این همان پیآمد بحران مشروعیت است که من از سال‌ها دربارهٔ آن هشدار داده‌ام. مشروعیت با زورِ تحمیل و ادعا، به‌دست نمی‌آید؛مشروعیت را ملت به کسی می‌دهد که آزادانه و با ارادهٔ خود انتخابش کرده باشند. گروه حاکم چشمان خود را بر آن تحول عمیقی بسته است که در ذهن و روان مردم افغانستان شکل گرفته است. کسانی که از نبض ملت خود آگاه نباشند، هرگز نمی‌توانندنماینده واقعی ملت باشند.
د روان وضعیت د پېټي زور له بده مرغه ولس زغمي. نن بې شمېره کورنۍ حیرانې دي چې په یوه مړۍ ډوډۍ لومړی د کوم بچي خېټه مړه کړي. چاپېریال مو د اقلیمي بدلون له ژورو منفي پایلو سره مخ دی. فصلونه مو په وچکالۍ سوځېږي او د کور سرپناه مو سیلابونه ویجاړوي. یو ځل بیا وایم چې زموږ لوږه ازلي نه ده. دا د انتخابونوپایله ده او که سم انتخابونه وشي، هیواد مو د الله جل شانه په فضل دومره امکانات لري چې د نسلونو لوږه او بیوزلې پرې ختمهشي. د قربانۍ په دې ورځ باید پوه شوو چې قرباني یوازې وینې تویول نه دي. د الله جل شانه دربار ته د مسلمان نیت او اخلاص رسېږي. دا هغه ورځ ده چې مسلمانان د یو بل لاسنیوی کوي؛ پر بیت‌المال مسلط باید وپوهېږي چې دغه پانګه یوازې د بېوزلو، کونډو، یتیمانو او افغان ملت حق دی، نه د واکمنو شخصي مال.

قدرمنو خویندو،
زه ستاسې درد او وېره درک کوم او په دې پوهېږم چې وېره مو د سبا، بل سبا، بلې میاشتې او بل کال ده چې ښوونځی، کار او په ټولنه کې به ګډون ولرئ که نه. له نجونو زده‌کړې پاتې کېدل او د ځوانانو نامعلوم برخلیک فرعي مسایل نه دي. دا اصلي مسئله ده. هېڅ ملت په یوه پښه مزل نه شي کولای. ما تل ویلي چې یوه باسواده نجلۍ پنځه نسلونه بدلولی شي. زموږ پېغلو او ځوانانو ته باید د پېټي په سترګه ونه کتل شي. دا زموږ د هیواد راتلونکی دی او د ۲۰۴۷ کال د افغانستان بنسټ به د دوی په ځواکمنو اوږو ایښی وي.

هموطنان عزیز
سخن گفتن از منافع ملی بدون آنکه ملت در محور آن باشد و بدون وحدت ملی، ناممکن است. منافع ملی باید بر بنیاد یک ارادهٔ ملیتعریف شود و همواره در خدمت وحدت ملت قرار داشته باشد. ما باید با خود صادق باشیم و ببینیم چه چیزی در برابر آن مانع ایجاد کرده است. منافع یک شبکه یا سودِ یک حلقهٔ بسته، در تناقض مستقیم با منافع ملت قرار دارد. این تناقض باید از بینبرود، نه اینکه مدیریت شود؛ منافع هر شبکه‌ای باید در چارچوب منافع ملی تعریف گردد و هیچ‌گاه فراتر از آن قرار نگیرد. اولویتهمیشه با ملت است، نه با شبکه‌ها و حلقه‌های خاص.
زمان صحبت در مورد انتخاب دیگر گذشته است، حالا وقت انتخاب است و ملت باید راه آینده اش را برگزیند. من سوالاتی را با شما شریک می‌سازم که امروز تقریباً در هر خانواده افغان مطرح است: در نزدیک به پنج سال گذشته چه چیزی به دست آوردیم؟ چی قیمتی برای آن پرداختیم؟ و اگر این وضعیت پنج سال دیگر هم دوام کند، پیامد آن چه خواهد بود؟
عید امسال می‌تواند فرصت خوبی برای آغاز یک گفتمان ملی در این مورد باشد. در هر خانه، هر نشست، و هر محفل می‌توان با ذهن آرام یک بحث واقعی ملی را آغاز کرد. از هموطنان مقیمکشورهای دیگر نیز دعوت می‌کنم که این بحث به شما نیز تعلق دارد. در این گفتمان ملی سهم بگیرید، از آن حمایت کنید و پشت تصمیم ملت خود بایستید. البته آنچه که هرگز نباید فراموش شوداینست که: هیچ هدفی و هیچ نارضایتی نمی‌تواند بازگشودن درِ کشتار افغان به دست افغان را توجیه کند. آن در باید بسته بماند.
اجماع د یوه کس یا ډلې له لورې نه راځي. اجماع د هغه ملت د ملي ارادې پایله ده چې له یوه ‌مشروع نظام، سولې او باعزته ژوند پرته ډېر څه نه غواړي. زه د تل په څېر، د ځان لپاره هېڅ نه غواړم،خو چمتو یم چې د لازمي اجماع د راتګ، او د مرګ پر ځای د ژوند؛ د فقر پر ځای د شتمنۍ؛ او د دښمنۍ پر ځای د سولې او سوکالۍ د لارې د انتخاب په برخه کې، خپله ونډه ادا کړم.

Many international conferences on Afghanistan are dominated by the same recurring figures who lack real impact and fresh ideas for the Afghan people and the country’s future. We need to change this by creating opportunities for new voices instead of materialistic individuals. Afghanistan needs new figures with meaningful impact and innovative ideas.

Iran Tensions and Their Impact on the Global Economy, Political Stability, and Security

The tensions involving Iran, Israel, and the United States represent one of the most significant geopolitical challenges affecting global stability today. These tensions have deep historical roots, particularly following the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979, which fundamentally reshaped Iran’s foreign policy and regional outlook.
Since then, Iran and Israel have maintained adversarial relations, driven by competing security concerns, regional influence, and ideological differences. Israel has sought to maintain its strategic and security dominance in the Middle East, while the United States has historically supported Israel as a key regional ally. In contrast, Iran has pursued an independent foreign policy, resisting external influence and seeking to expand its regional role.
Over the years, tensions have intensified through economic sanctions, political pressure, and security confrontations. The United States has imposed extensive economic sanctions on Iran, citing concerns over nuclear development and allegations of support for armed groups in the region. These developments have contributed to increasing instability across the Middle East.
Recent escalations have further heightened global concerns, with military tensions, missile threats, and security risks affecting regional and international stability. One of the most critical risks involves the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic maritime route through which a significant portion of global energy supplies passes. Any disruption in this corridor has immediate consequences for global markets, energy prices, and economic stability.
As tensions rise, the world faces growing challenges, including:• Global economic uncertainty• Regional political instability• Security risks and military escalation• Energy market disruptions
These developments highlight the urgent need for diplomacy, dialogue, and peaceful conflict resolution. Sustainable global stability depends on cooperation, international law, and responsible leadership.
Peace and diplomacy remain the only viable path forward for global security and economic stability.
