I'm large and in charge. Known as Bianca to my close family and friends, but you can also call me Messenger. The largest bronze sculpture in the UK #humblebrag
My arms might be cast in bronze and social distancing might still be in force but boy do I wish I could give every single member of my human theatre family a big Messenger sized hug right now.
We’re incredibly sad to share the news with you that we’ve had to take the painful step of starting redundancy consultations at TRP yesterday. Every member of the TRP family is valued and talented and we’ll be doing all we can to support colleagues through this challenging time.
And just like that... months of planning, negotiating, worrying, working, re-working, compromising, laughing (and nearly crying at times 😂); here she is. Looking out to her homeland from her beloved #Plymouth. Well done everyone.

Purely for calling me a ‘thing’ I’m going to order a giant pen (which will hopefully arrive sooner than my shower curtain) and use my big metal hand to sign the cleaning bill in your name. 😤
@Plymouth_Live@MessengerPlym Who is paying for this now? Wasn’t exactly a shock the ‘thing ‘ would be covered in bird excrement , graffiti and be abused by people in very deprived NON ocean City Obviously already need care & in another year will be yet another eyesore of non ocean City @plymouthcc
@ChrisJ30900467@TRPlymouth@plymouthcc You know Chris, I thought about what you said and maybe saying I wanted to hit the bus was a bit naughty of me as a big bronze role model. I do want it moved though, purple isn’t my colour and it’s blocking my view. 👀
@Jakfirst If we’re talking about my Twitter account then I agree. If we’re talking about the love between myself and @CivicCentrePL1 then don’t worry, the people will know soon enough.
I must say, I don’t fancy posing for any photos with him and his tiny hands. Thankfully this ‘nasty woman’ is too tall for any attempts to try and grab her by the 🙀
