A fantastic evening @ActiveLincs Sport & Physical Activity Awards 2022. Congratulations to all of the nominees, winners and thanks to @emmatat for the invite and everyone who organised an inspirational evening 👏👏 #LSPAA@ActivePartners_
Woo hoo! Just got an email to say the @ActiveLincs team came 3rd in the @LovetoRide_#CycleSeptember challenge. 7 out of our team of 12 rode at some point in the month 👍🏼 Got us moving and what’s more helps reduce miles in the car 🚗 saving £ and 🌎
Happy #LincolnshireDay! What better way to celebrate than exploring some of the beautiful scenery our county has to offer. Need some inspiration? We’ve gathered together some of our favourite places to walk in this blog.🚶♀️

Did you know that at @YMCALincs Showroom on Tritton road, there’s a community meal on a Friday evening. Free meal and a chance to meet new people #lincsconnect
Massive well done to Martin @MANDARINLEISURE and @LincsConnect for being shortlisted for the inclusion award at the @BBCRadioLincs Make a Difference awards. #LincsConnect brings so many people together helping us all connect & share great stuff in Lincs
I’m looking forward to the @BBCRadioLincs Make a difference awards tomorrow evening @doubletreelinc to celebrate the wonderful contribution made by people from across Lincolnshire 🙌🏼 #community https://t.co/isGNWyYP82
We’re now hearing from @ActiveLincs Director of Transformation @LornaCoachingLS about a whole system approach to a more active county, sharing examples of how all stakeholders can influence and enable more people to be more active in Lincs
It was so good to hear from Lorna, sharing her families experience of facing barriers to participating as her daughter is disabled. #TacklingInequalities together, we need to #leveltheplayingfield
What a moving Q&A with Lorna Fillingham. Hearing first hand the challenges Lorna faces accessing facilities with her daughter, who is a wheelchair user. She left us with “You may choose to look the other way but you can never say again that you did not know.” William Wilberforce
Really good news to hear more investment confirmed that will improve the lives of people in #Mablethorpe and east coast. Leisure facilities are a key part of enabling happier healthier lives 🙌🏼
Councillors have approved planning consent for a new leisure centre and digital learning complex for Mablethorpe.
The new 3,000m² hub will be built on the site of the current Station Sports Centre in Mablethorpe.

For #Ukraines their host families & voluntary & community groups supporting refugees, the @letsmovelincs website has a new page with free physical activity offers and other links. Also, if you’ve got an offer we can promote let us know. #UkraineIndependenceDay
Our wheelchair basketball programme has had the pleasure to join Rauceby Hall’s Ukrainian Day celebrations today!
We’d appreciate it if you could share our webpage that is dedicated to assisting refugees with support in Lincolnshire.
