I genuinely want to know why this guy never gets criticized.
I’d love to see him press, track back, cover for the defense, win duels, and do something other than standing around the center circle waiting for João Neves to give him the ball back.
I’ve watched him in several matches this season and still can’t understand the hype he’s getting. João Neves is covering for him both at PSG and with Portugal.
Pedri, in Spain’s last match, created 5 big chances, completed 3 successful dribbles, and won the ball back 9 times. Yet Real Madrid fans said it was the worst performance of his career.
Meanwhile, Vitinha is apparently a legend according to them.
Every manager he’s played under, from Koeman, to Lucho, to Xavi, to Flick, to LDF — absolutely loves Gavi. And it’s so, so obvious why.
Lucio said it best, everyone talks him off the ball, but he’s even better on the ball. And people overlook that because they gravitate toward the unexpected.
Anthony Gordon is not a target for Barcelona, despite contrary reports and meetings with agents. The Englishman is too expensive for Barça. The race for Gordon is between Bayern and Premier League clubs [@FabrizioRomano]
After four years full of challenges and hard work, it's time to move on.
I leave with the feeling that the mission is complete. 4 seasons, 3 championships.
I will never forget the love I received from the fans from my very first days.
Catalonia is my place on earth.
Thank you to everyone I met along the way during these beautiful four years.
A special thank you to President Laporta for giving me the chance to live the most incredible chapter of my career.
Barça is back where it belongs.
Visca el Barça. Visca Catalunya 💙❤️

Gavi is a subject of aesthetic bias. Rival fans who barely watch him have no clue how technically inclined of a footballer he is.
Everyone saw it yesterday, the balance he brought in that midfield with Pedri by his side. Joao Neves is another victim of aesthetic bias. Fans overlooked their technicality due to their OOP commitment just because they both have the dog in them when it comes to winning every possible duel.
Gavi’s ability to play as a faux LW, #10, or as an 8/6 justifies how technically astute he is. He’s the epitome of an all phase midfielder in my opinion. He’s easy in the realm of the best midfielders in the world when he’s fit.
We did our job and finished in the top 8. I don’t care who we face. If you want to win the CL, best be prepared to face (and beat) the best.
There’s no hiding. Bring them all on.

With theese financial and our club management i would be happy if we even make a bid for one of them
Club loves employing mediocrity. Expecting to get a win while going into a mouth-watering Champions League fixture with Ferran Torres as your left-winger.
