Dear Uefa officials,

The photo below shows Galatasaray SK's official KAP (Official Public Disclosure Platform) announcement for Hakim Zyech, with a description of the photo in Turkish in the sub-paragraph below.

Accordingly, Hakim Zyech earns €2.850.000 per year from Galatasaray SK.

It was revealed in the termination negotiations that Zyech, who decided to leave at the half-time break, was actually earning €5.700.000 per year from Galatasaray SK.

We request you to take action for this situation which is against FFP criteria.

Similar situation exists in many football player deals such as Zaza, Tete, Icardi, Osimhen, Ndombele and many others.

The footballer will be paid a net salary of 3,587,500 Euros for the 2023-2024 season. If the transfer becomes permanent, an additional net salary of 2,850,000 Euros will be paid for the 2024-2025 season. Furthermore, under the terms of the agreement, if the conditional extension option is exercised, the footballer will be paid a net salary of 2,850,000 Euros for the 2025-2026 season.
