My account Gunzilolo was permanently banned for alleged cheating in Rainbow Six Siege. I am writing to appeal this decision, as I strongly believe it was issued in error.
@UbisoftSupport I’m a long-time Rainbow Six Siege player, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars on my account over the years. Getting permanently banned by mistake is one thing, but being left without any proper follow-up for this long is really not fair.
@UbisoftSupport I’ve already submitted support cases and both have been marked as in progress and escalated, yet I haven’t received any real update for almost two months. This situation is extremely frustrating.

I have been a dedicated Rainbow Six Siege player for almost ten years with a clean history and fair gameplay. I have never used cheats, scripts, or any third-party software.
The ban might have been triggered by a false detection or due to my recent improvement while playing vs a professional player.
I have also invested a significant amount of money into this account, owning almost every item and skin in the game.
Losing access to everything over something I did not do is devastating and unfair.
In addition, I already opened a support case (Case 24559403) more than a month and a half ago and never received any real help or clear response. This lack of follow-up is not acceptable.
My account was also considered a smurf simply because it was new, which is not true and not a fair reason for a permanent ban. I did not cheat, I did not use any external tools, and the decision was based on an incorrect assumption.
I respectfully request a full manual review of my account, logs, and match data. I am confident that a proper investigation will confirm there was no cheating or unfair activity.
