Excited to share that one of my PhD thesis chapters has now been published! In this study, we explored strain-level variation among vaginal Lactobacillus using shotgun metagenomics, focusing on colonisation and host-microbe interactions.
Fantastic to see this comprehensive study of water kefir pangenomes, led by Samuel Breselge, now published “The core microbiomes and associated metabolic potential of water kefir as revealed by pan multi-omics".
