@OctopusEnergy Yes that is only one of my problems I have a split phase smart meter my solar and batteries are half on each phase you have not been able to see both my batteries and have notried to resolve this so I can get on intelligent now GivEnergy have gone I can only see half my system.

They take out of my account without showing why I asked them to post the bill then take the money they won’t. They don’t show meter readings on the bill where can I go?
