Yeah... I kept telling myself to be careful, but I saw it right after waking up, still half-asleep. 😂

Since I use Grokbot so much, I thought, "Wait, does this mean I'll get even more usage?" And I went ahead with it.

But if the new plans really do offer a larger shared usage pool, I suspect even the current Super tier might provide roughly the same Grokbot usage as the old SuperGrok Heavy plan!

Update: xAI officially said NO. ❌

My legacy SuperGrok Heavy annual plan is gone for good. Billing Support confirmed:

• No way to restore it
• No payment link to buy it back
• "Neither Support nor Engineering can process this"

One checkout, ~10 minutes, and a discounted annual plan disappeared.

Nothing at checkout explicitly said "this will cancel and downgrade your Heavy plan."

If you're still on legacy Heavy: don't touch anything. 🙏

Whoa, whoa! I think there's been a misunderstanding.

In my case, the refund was initiated immediately. The money wasn't credited back to my account right away, but I received an email from Stripe confirming that I would receive a prorated refund.

I think there's been some confusion here!
