@airindiain A flight full of Mumbai passengers is waiting for guests with planned travel to Goa to clear their immigration so that they can board this flight. All of us fools, who paid for a direct flight, have to now go to Goa then Mumbai

P.S: Next time you're in Bangalore, try coming from E City for a 6 AM flight and go through this. You'll understand the frustrations ✌️

@airindiain Finally.... 2.5 hours after boarding the flight the captain announced (first announcement btw) that the flight which was scheduled to fly to Mumbai directly will fly to Mumbai. We'll be departing at 9:00 AM. Our original scheduled arrival was 8:35 AM. What a mess.

9:20 AM... Close to 3.5 hours since boarding... Flight hasn't moved yet. Captain just announced that the necessary flight route permissions are being procured. I would have been home by now if some genius hadn't gotten creative.

@airindiain People are just fighting. Passengers have basically blocked the flight entrance stating they will not allow any Goa passengers to board. Extremely unsafe.

@airindiain 2 hours since the flight was boarded. Some passengers walked back to the airport. Some waited for an hour for a coach to come. No formal announcement. Pilot came 30 minutes back, he has no clue either. Passengers are angry, very hostile environment in the flight.

@airindiain We are not even being allowed to deplane. There is no coach to take us back to the airport. What is this? How can the destination change after passengers board the flight???

@airindiain All passengers stuck in AI 0640 and waiting for answers. No clue whatsoever. We have no idea what's going on.

@airindiain Boarded AI 0640 from Bangalore. All passengers were then informed that the direct flight to Mumbai is now routed via Goa. A 2 hour journey has become an 8 hour ordeal and we'll be reaching Mumbai at 4:30. No pilpt, no manager, no senior staff for an hour now.
