Honestly, I believe this coming generation is doomed.
Had some interviews over the course of 3 days for 3 different positions. And each day, all I could do was shake my head.

Day 2. Out of 6, only 2 showed up. The other 4? No correspondence. No acknowledgement or refusal of the interview. Just.... didn't turn up.
