@Airbnb and everyday you make them make more things which they dont understand and for which they hired me. If this continues like this you can remove the cohosting. Because the sense of cohost is that you have someone who helps you to manage the listing. Or not @Airbnb?
@Airbnb can you explain me why me as cohost now cant edit cancelation policy of the listings which has one owner and are located in the same building? I am cohost because the owner doesnt want to make anything on the platform, dont you understand the point of cohost?
@Airbnb not only that they hired me to take care of their listing, also the mayority doesnt know to use your platform. Only the invitation of cohost makes many of them problem. The same commission offer. I spend hours of work trying to explain people how to make things
Serious question about @Airbnb 's business:
Every listing they remove = commissions gone for good.
Every "goodwill" refund = money they hand back.
And they do it over a speck of dust, or because the pool "had too much water" and the kids couldn't swim.
Where's the profit?
This is what happens when you treat professional management companies as absolute trash and try to parasite on our clients.
You deserve it @Airbnb, hope you burn in hell!!!

Today we wrote to @bookingcom about the update on the situation that we didnt get paid and this is the answer. As the reservation is cancelled we cant ban the guest to book the apartment again or anything. The guest should thank booking for free holidays
Do you want to know how it continues? The guest left the next morning without paying. We called Booking and they accepted the mistake and told us that if we dont get paid on Monday from the guest so we should inform about it as fraud and @bookingcom can charge the guest. But...
Do you think its normal @bookingcom ? You send us information that a guest called you that can't be accommodated due to overbooking. You give us 30 minutes to answer at night by email. We opened the e-mail 40 minutes later so we couldn't answer. This was on Saturday 1/3
@bookingcom If we would be the guest and something happens we would get reaccomodated and the apartment would get charged for it. As we are the accommodation so we doesn't get anything for @bookingcom error. How can you cancel reservation 5 nights after guest reclamation?

@bookingcom What happened since yesterday night? The guest left on the morning without paying anything and @bookingcom answered that we will not get paid absolutely anything. I hope the guest enjoyed the stay for free with the help of @bookingcom
@AirbnbHelp thank you but I contacted with support about the actual case but you cant tell me to not make reservation out of the platform when your website is fully bugged
I think @Airbnb should really think about renewing their technical team. Everyday there is more bugs. We are not able to extend stays, make offers to the guests and many other things because its everything bugged. As example: Guest extending, paid, airbnb shows old dates
The toilet cisterns and drains are clogged with stagnant water. In short, the only usable items in this apartment are perhaps the sofa and chairs. Everything else needs to be renovated.
