The court also granted his request to keep Jane Doe’s declaration sealed, while slightly modifying its opinion to clarify that the lower court may reconsider its prior ruling or order discovery based on new evidence if legally appropriate. The appellate judgment remains unchanged, keeping the dismissal of his claims against Tony Buzbee in place.
