Can someone explain to me why I can't get the right trade in kit? I'm trying to send it my trade in before time expires.
I called 5 times and received 2 kits that is not the right trade in kit. Customer service is terrible. I need a tier 2 supervisor.

I purchased a brand new pixel 11 receive a trade in kit with no label. I called 5 times though customer service and twice I received the wrong trade in kits twice for the wrong model I'm trying to send for my trade. Customer service is terrible no help

Why is everytime I or other longtime customers who buy new pixels never get my the three months of free YouTube that comes with the new phone? It shouldn matter if we already have YouTube we payed for new phones.i've been buying new pixel phones since pixel 3.
