I have been trying for weeks to resolve a claim regarding an accident that occurred during a stay booked through your platform in the Florida Keys.

While staying at the property, I fell through a staircase when the step I was standing on suddenly broke. As a result of this accident, I injured my back, and I am still experiencing pain and discomfort.

Unfortunately, despite several conversations, I have not received any meaningful assistance or clear guidance on how my claim is being handled. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the seriousness of the incident and the fact that my injuries are ongoing.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to the appropriate department and if I could receive a clear update on the status of my claim and the next steps required.
