"The 7-mile Bridge View That Makes Monday Feel Miles Away..."
This right here.
While everyone else is scrolling through their phone during lunch break...
I'm watching the 7-mile bridge stretch across that impossible blue while eating shrimp that were swimming this morning.
Cold Corona. Fresh peel-and-eats. Water so turquoise it looks Photoshopped.
Sunset Grille in Marathon does what fancy restaurants can't:
Delivers perfection without pretension.
The plastic plate? The paper cups of sauce?
That's exactly the point.
When you've got views like this and shrimp this fresh, anything fancier would just get in the way.
Some people drop thousands on weekend escapes.
I'm sitting here on a Friday afternoon, paying bar prices for a millionaire's view.
That's the secret to the Keys:
The best experiences aren't about finding the most expensive spot.
They're about finding places where time slows down just enough to actually taste your food, feel the breeze, and remember why you work so hard in the first place.
To have moments exactly like this one.

P.S. For the record, I'd trade every fancy business lunch I've ever had for this plastic plate of shrimp. Some things just can't be improved upon.

This is Scott Galloway. (@profgalloway)
He walked out of @StevenBartlett's studio after discussing tomorrow's election for 2 hours.
Then Scott went and bet $358,000 on the outcome.
Here's what he knows:
My ideal Sunday routine (for maximum recovery and preparation for the week ahead)
• 20,000 total steps. The foundation of my Sunday recovery is getting my body moving from the moment I get up. Most days, I aim for 15k steps. But Sunday I toss in 5k more.
• 3 hours of writing. After a morning walk, I strap in for 3 hours of writing—my biggest writing session of the week.
• 60-minute hot yoga. After my morning writing session, I get a nice hot yoga session in at a local studio. I've been practicing for 12 months now, finally getting the hang of it.
• 25-minute sauna sesh & 7-minute icy cold plunge. After yoga, I head into my gym's "sanctuary" for a steam & cold plunge that primes my body for another week of training.
• One liter of coconut water. After all the sweating from yoga, I'm definitely dehydrated and lacking electrolytes. And nothing gets my body going again like pure coconut.
• 90-minute nap. By 1 PM, I've completely won the day. So everything else is a bonus—which usually means I'll get in bed for some bonus sleep (again to maximize recovery).
• 3 big goals set for the week. After I wake up, I'll knock out some light planning & admin work for the week to make sure everything is aligned to hit the ground running on Monday.
• 3,000 healthy calories. My current fitness goals involve a slight caloric surplus to maximize muscle growth—so I keep my Sunday nutrition as dialed in as possible.
• Ending the day watching the sunset. Finally, I finish the day relaxing with a journal overlooking the sunset from my apartment, getting everything out of my head before an elite night of sleep.
Boom, that's a wrap!
Looking forward to another epic Sunday.
