@gotlanded@DrewTalbert I’ve tried for weeks to get a response to an email, anyone here care to respond or is this what should be expected of your service now that i’ve signed a contract?
@gotlanded Y’all ever answer your email? I’ve tried emailing Jean, Tanisha and Amanda for WEEKS with zero response, wth? Pr is that how you treat all businesses once they sign on?

@gotlanded We have been trying to contact you about our account for weeks and have had no reply. We e tried email, text and your chat. this is the worst customer service we have ever encountered, how can we get in touch?
@try_otter 2/2 We’ve repeatedly emailed back with confirmation that the account was closed but we keep getting new emails saying the account is past due - And surprise! no way to contact a human @try_otter
@try_otter 1/2 We cancelled your service (because it sucked - uber eats and others would freeze us out due to your lag time) and we keep getting emails that payment is due.
