@Oilfield_Rando Worry not! Subscribe to become in insider to listen to some conservaclone podcaster but first…. A message from our sponsor (insert gold scam).
@MorosKostas This issue was already litigated. US v Small. Foreign convictions don’t count for obvious reasons. How stupid are these people? Something tells us if the defendant was a homosexual (a serious crime in Saudi Arabia) and that was the issue, he’d be an advisor to Newsom by now.
@nealgoggins@BearingArmsCom He solved the problem. Dunn v Glass was a federal lawsuit. The AG, in his official capacity, is the defendant on behalf of the state. He settled the case. So the mandated 3 day waiting period and the 5 days for the counties that extended it (explicitly permitted) will be dead now
@nealgoggins@BearingArmsCom The waiting period is part of the Florida State Constitution, Article 1 Section 8; however, it conflicts with the 2nd Amendment.
@MattWalshBlog Why is everyone giving this white trash degenerate any attention? It’s a dysfunctional parasitic family that gives a new level to the concept of white trash. He’s probably 3 months away from having his own show (it will fail).
@Cernovich Wasn’t @ASavageNation the 1st political commentator to be banned from the U.K. around 20 years ago? None of the Fox News crowd nor did any prominent person from the modern left come to his defense.
Brandon Herrera, a congressional candidate in the district where the Uvalde school shooting took place, dismisses school shooting statistics as a “sham.” #TX23
@chiproytx@SteveDeaceShow Chip, on behalf of the 2A community who are in the know. Thank you! Thank you very much for facilitating Alito being put on SCOTUS. It turned out to be the one great thing from the George W Bush presidency and frankly, you don’t get enough credit or recognition for it.
@Guntalk@DUNBAR74 Exactly. And no one knows how she would
be today in comparison because she’s not around. She could be no different than the worst wing of her party where she would be “apologizing” for her previous stances. She wouldn’t be the 10,000th person to do that.
@MorosKostas It depends where. In 1976, Massachusetts rejected a handgun ban by a supermajority. In 2006, San Francisco banned handguns via prop H (overturned by CA courts).
