I’d like to apologize for a couple of things, it wasn’t my intention to spam you all with my birthday posts, 45 was a defining year for me and I just wanted to share it, sorry.

I also let the haters get to me this morning, I almost deactivated my account and said fuck it, I’m not perfect and sometimes their words make me question what and why I’m doing this to myself.
Then I remind myself, I’m here for a few reasons, to get the world healthier and taking more accountability for their health and depending less on big pharma.

I’m also here because, and this is the most important reason, I am trying to leave my daughter a diary, if you will, of who her mother is/was. No one in my family has died from old age, I’m not guaranteed time, I want her to know I fought for her and tried to be a good human.
