@g__j@OctopusEnergy Thanks for the reply. It appears my account was switched to a variable tariff for no reason in March. Your team have now resolved this…reset the tariff, re-billed back to January and adjusted my balance accordingly. And credited my account an additional £30. Great service🙌🏼
@OctopusEnergy@g__j My electricity account has now reverted to the fixed rate in the last few minutes and my billing history is now available as one big summary (no individual bills). App still shows me on a variable rate (I’ve screen shotted it). No wiser than I was before 🤷🏻♂️
