@Zipcar One other thing I just realized, while we did get most of our stuff out of the first car, our child’s car seat remains. We don’t live in the city and will not be able to retrieve it later. I assume we will be reimbursed for that as well?
@Zipcar There seems to be no way for me to contact you, no one picks up when I call. There is no email address that I can find. So here’s the best I can do.
@Zipcar What I’m saying is - a good company would be bending over backwards to serve the needs of their hardest hit customers. A mediocre company would at least be meeting the needs of people in the best case circumstance. You are not doing either.
@Zipcar Lots of people are genuinely suffering - I’m lucky - I can be flexible, but I need some indication of what is going on so I can make different plans.
@Zipcar I’m sorry for the difficulties you’ve had tonight. This was my first experience with zipcar and it was difficult. The car I had is safely street parked, but I cannot get in. I will do my best to return it tomorrow.
@MarriottBonvoy@Marriott We are almost at the Springhill Suites in downtown Louisville and have been trying to contact you for the past hour - can someone please contact us?
Twitter has become an absolute cesspool. Was going to delete it from my phone this Friday as part of other major life transitions but I’m going to do myself a favor and say goodbye a few days early.
Tomorrow I’ll be playing Bach’s complete cello suites live as a memorial to those we lost and a tribute to the resilience of our communities. I hope you’ll join me. Until then, this is the Prelude from Suite No. 2. #songsofcomfort https://t.co/0YfJuoZXSf
But in less than a week, I am leaving in this job and moving in to a completely different industry. So by all means waste your time insulting me on Twitter.
I’m not sure why they are wasting their time with me. I haven’t talked about pharmaceutical costs or PBM‘s since January until I got attacked out of the blue the other night by a “friendly local pharmacist“
