When I clicked the cancel link on my ticket purchased this morning it is saying I have more than 28 hours as of now. How long do I have to cancel?

@united @deifrankone If the security lines are 5 hours, you need to accept bags at least 5 hours before the flight. Your policy creates a catch-22 that doesn't allow people traveling with bags to get in the TSA line with enough time to clear security.

@united That doesn't answer the question. You cannot get in the TSA line until you check your bag(s). Getting to the airport "as early as possible" with greater than five hour TSA lines just means getting to the ticket counter to be told you have to wait to check in, waiting to check in and then missing your flight while you are in the TSA line.

The problem is the shared pipe to the satellite is 100-200 Mbps. The total of everyone's internet bandwidth is limited to 100-200 Mbps. If everyone is streaming Netflix no one is streaming Netflix. If everyone is texting pictures of clouds out the window everyone is texting pictures of clouds out the window. The fact that you were able to obtain >70Mbps means that very few other people were using the internet.

I have been trying to talk to a HUMAN for a week and all that is available is a chatbot. What is wrong with this site. I've been trying to get an account un-temporaily suspended but cannot. There was no notification when the account was suspended and to find out it is suspended now less than a month before taxes are due is really bad. You could argue that you have protected me by suspending my account. I guess you could protect your whole user base by suspending everyone's account. I need the someone who can help me with my problem.
