Mains at @cavalliestate consisted of grilled sea bass with crispy squid, aubergine tapenade, curried cauliflower and a Bacardi & prawn bisque served with a 2015 Cremello – a blend of Chenin, Chardonnay and Verdelho with lingering vanilla undertones.
