@theapplehub Ecosystem. I’ve tried to move to android but can’t find decent apps like notes and reminders that works well across all platforms. Plus managing screen time for my children would be a nightmare

@MicrosoftHelps I’ve done that over and over. It’s been two weeks!! I’m in the queue. 11 mins I’ve been waiting. I’ve wasted so much time trying to get this resolved. It’s due to renew in a few days and I can’t login to cancel it since I can’t even use it I’m paying for something I can’t use
@MicrosoftHelps almost 2 weeks. Numerous calls to data protection team and engineers and I still can’t access my o365 account. This isn’t good enough. Why are the engineers never getting back to me?
@MicrosoftHelps Sorry? The data protection team says they cant help. Put me back through to the engineering team who then say I need the data protection team. And it goes like this with 24 hours between ticket replies or calls. I’ve had no call or email now since Saturday. This isn’t good enough
@MicrosoftHelps over 3 bloody hours I waited for someone to answer the phone then I got cut off. This isn’t good enough. I can’t login to my 365 admin account (only admin). What are my other options?
