The Britt facility presented a donation check to the Britt Food pantry. With food pantry utilization rates going up by 20% in our local communities, giving back to the communities we live and work in is important to us.
The Britt facility, in partnership with a few local businesses, collected 14 five-gallon buckets full of pop can tabs this summer. The tabs will be delivered to the Iowa City, IA, Ronald McDonald House by the Eagle Grove Boy Scouts, led by Rick Dawson of Eagle Grove. ๐๐
Britt location hosted a Family Fun Day including lunch from Titanium Lunchbox in Britt, bounce houses from North Iowa Youth Center, live music from Mojo Productions, and yard games for all to enjoy. Two lucky employees left with a Yeti Cooler and a Propane Fire Pit.
Members of our leadership team proudly participated in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Challenge, hosted by Norfolk, NE Fire and Rescue. Each participant climbed 42 sets of stairs (2,200 steps or 110 stories)โsymbolically matching the ascent of the World Trade Center towers.
