On June 7 and June 28, 2022, my daughter received her COVID vaccinations. She was the only one in our family who did.

Less than a month later, while we were traveling, she became gravely ill. On July 20, after waiting four painful hours at urgent care, she collapsed into cardiac arrest. What followed was every parent’s worst nightmare.

Despite every life-saving effort including ECMO, Remdesivir, and more, her condition only worsened. Her limbs turned black from lack of circulation. Amputation was not possible due to blood thinners. Then came the infection, kidney failure, and the moment no parent should ever face.

On August 6, 2022, we made the unthinkable decision to turn off the machines. We lost our beautiful daughter.

This is not just a story of grief. This is a warning, a plea, and a call to conscience. Her sudden decline raises serious questions about vaccine safety, especially for young people. We need open and honest dialogue, not censorship or silence.

In 2020, Uttar Pradesh became the first Indian state to implement large-scale use of ivermectin for COVID-19 prevention and treatment. The initiative began in Agra, where Dr. Anshul Pareek and local officials administered ivermectin experimentally to rapid response teams, including police personnel, health workers, and administrative staff. None of them developed COVID-19 despite daily exposure to infected patients. Encouraged by these results, the state government issued formal guidance on August 6, 2020, for large-scale ivermectin use.

Protocol details:
• Prophylaxis: Ivermectin was given to close contacts of COVID-19 patients and healthcare workers to prevent infection.
• Therapeutic use: COVID-19 patients, especially those with mild to moderate disease, were treated with ivermectin in combination with doxycycline.
• Dosage: Ivermectin was typically 200 micrograms per kilogram of body weight, often roughly 12 mg per day for three consecutive days. Doxycycline was administered alongside it as a broad-spectrum antibiotic.
• Distribution: Medicines were provided free of cost through government health facilities, including hospitals, community health centers, and some local chemists, ensuring accessibility for patients, contacts, and frontline workers.

Officials credited this approach, along with aggressive contact tracing, testing, isolation, and surveillance, for maintaining relatively low COVID-19 positivity and fatality rates in Uttar Pradesh despite its dense population. Agra District Magistrate Prabhu N. Singh emphasized that early experimental use in small groups demonstrated safety and effectiveness before statewide rollout. The Health Department planned a controlled study after the second wave to further evaluate ivermectin’s effectiveness.

Local authorities reported that the combination of ivermectin and doxycycline, coupled with timely public health measures, was a key factor in the state’s relatively low COVID-19 case numbers and fatalities. The protocol highlighted the importance of early intervention, accessible treatment, and proactive management in controlling the pandemic.

True science does not rely solely on selective studies or the idea that only randomized controlled trials count. Real scientific evaluation takes all available evidence into account, including observational studies, field experiences, and practical outcomes, to form a complete understanding.
