@mlsline@Parthenon1@EricLDaugh NYC DOB has the permit drawings for review at their office. Spot-on analysis of the eccentric load path. Frustrating that verifying these structural details still requires an in-person archive trip to 280 Broadway instead of an open digital public repository.
@antonia_mdprjct Permit drawings need to be reviewed to make an assessment. You must submit a request to NYC BOD, and then u can review at their office.
@Modernengineer NYC BOD does not post drawings on the internet. U can submit a request, and view them at their office. I suppose in the next few days, someone will review them and post their comments.
@The_EarlyShift@MDFitness1975@GMBCSuperfan He may be experiencing pain after starts. His bullpen work between starts is less, which effects his pitching. A power pitcher becoming a finesse pitcher to save his arm. Sandy Koufax did it and became a HOF.
@The_EarlyShift@GMBCSuperfan They just don't see a lot of LHs. It's a RH dominate league. Arm slot, angle, position, spin, is all different. If I owned the team I might bring up a LH pitcher from the minors to pitch batting practice every day.
@bavedikian I've read it. He writes about using VAs to help out with his business activities that reduced his workload. I work a lot, but I see it's benefits provided you have SOPs established for these VAs. It takes work to set up.
@GMBCSuperfan Tony LaRusa set his lineups right, left, right, left. He didn't want a lefty to get comfortable pitching only to RH batters. It seemed to work.
@AlexJStumpf If I remember correctly, on that Lumber Company team, every positional player on the lineup for one particular game was batting over .300. I believe Sports Illustrated came out with a cover of the Bucs with the title "Battlin' Bucs",
@The_EarlyShift@GMBCSuperfan Their pain/soreness is probably real, and they may be experimenting to be finesse pitchers. Look at 36 yoa Sonny Gray last night with BoSox. 1 hit in 7.1 inns, 92 mph FB, cutter, sweeper, changeup, curve, 85 mph, 20/24 first pitch strikes.
@KDPomp 33-50 at this same point last year. 3.94 runs/game to 4.93 rpg this year. ERA last year at this point, 3.89, finished 7th with 3.76 era. This year 4.87 era at this point, allowing 42 more runs. Believe that the pitching can come around. 😉
