Zohran Mamdani is the Mayor of New York City, including for its roughly 1 million Jewish residents.

Reports that his wife liked posts suggesting October 7 was a “mass rape hoax” and promoting “from the river to the sea” are deeply disturbing.

This isn’t some distant figure. She is someone who sleeps in his bed every night and whom he routinely praises in speeches.

I spent time with survivors of October 7 and heard firsthand the stories of murder, sexual assault, torture, and starvation.

There was nothing fictional about those atrocities.
