What nightmare customer service. Instead of spending $359, I spent less, and they won’t honor it.

Five years as a @Chase Sapphire Reserve customer and tens of thousands spent. Today I canceled my card after Chase denied coverage on a @WHOOP Life promo purchase b/c I “didn’t pay for an additional device” … I already own a Whoop device.
What a joke.

@BringLukaHome_ @rtoma9 All should get credit. BK did push for some of these changes, and I believe during some of his contract negotiations. I’m not a BK fan, but he left the program in a better position, than what he inherited.
