@Jontafkasi Part of the reason you get paid well in a senior role (or not in this case) is that you carry a lot of risk. This salary does not reflect the risk an individual in this role carries. On the plus side, there may be a fairly junior person that will get a shot at this role.

It's baffling to me that school meals aren't free. Kids raising money to pay off "lunch debt"! How could you possibly think that is OK?

Every child should receive free healthy meals from their school. I will gladly pay my taxes to make that happen. There is no better investment.
