Good thing with Dr Ndii is that fuel can be Sh2000 a litre but he'll use stats from/studies by CBK, Treasury, Bureau of Statistics, French Revolution, Han Dynasty and Oxfordian Theory to explain to Kenyans that Sh2000 per litre is cheaper than Sh179 -- and we'll agree with him😆
