@ingnl @albertheijn inmiddels kom ik iets verder: bij ING app lijkt alles goed te gaan, daarna opent de AH app “momentje, aanvraag wordt verwerkt” waarna het echter alsnog misgaat.

@ingnl @albertheijn Hallo, bij het activeren van de digitale betaalpas bij AH moet ik in ING app een koppeling doen. Na het accepteren van de voorwaarden van ING eindigt de ING app: “sorry, er gaat iets mis”. Mijn partner krijgt hetzelfde, meerdere dagen geprobeerd

@ingnl Wat ING betreft betaal ik altijd Apple Pay, dat gaat gewoon goed. Puur de “digitale betaalpas” van AH opzetten bij ING lukt niet. AH hier op Twitter tagde jullie ook, geen idee bij wie het dan ligt.. lukt al een aantal dagen niet

@ingnl @albertheijn Dat zie ik nergens staan. In de AH staat ook nog dat hij wacht op activering van digitale betaalpas, bij de ING app staat dat er wat mis gaat nadat ik op akkoord klik bij ING voorwaarden

@ingnl @albertheijn Hi Mirte, ik gebruik een Apple iPhone. Gaat niet om iets van Apple Pay maar om het toevoegen van een digitale koppeling met AH. Zie bijgevoegde screenshots.
