Saving Camp of the Saints
This just arrived. Check out my interview with Ethan Rundell of @VaubanBooks in the July/August edition of @amconmag:

DSA: "We want unlimited third world immigration, legalized murder, and universal healthcare"
Establishment Democrats: "Can you believe these crazy extremists want universal healthcare?"
Preserving [industry that would otherwise die] by lowering wages through immigration has been tried many times - think Pakistanis for UK textiles and Turks in Belgian mines. Inevitably, this causes a permanent national disaster and the industry dies in a few years anyways.
Old libertarian argument for immigration was dynamism. The new one is the opposite - it stops institutional turnover by propping up the carcass of dying organizations just a little longer, like Pakistanis preserving northern British mill towns for ~10 years through lower wages.
Did Elon Musk kill millions of people by cutting USAID? We now have preliminary 2025 mortality data from several African countries, and the answer may shock you: no. There is no detectable mortality signal at all.
Almost everyone knows an orthodox priest who has been disciplined for taking that orthodoxy too far, which is why priests like this who just carry on are so infuriating to your average faithful Catholic.
Egipski imam na zakończeniu roku szkolonego w Szkole Podstawowej im. Kornela Makuszyńskiego w Giewartowie. To kolejna odsłona rządowej akcji wypychania katolickiej religii ze szkoły @barbaraanowacka?
At an outdoor "Pride Mass" this week In New York, Fr Chris Lawton apologized to the attendees, claiming the Church doesn't "recognize the presence of God" in them, and is carrying out acts of injustice against "transgenders".
He won't be receiving an excommunication next week.

It makes a difference when we elect Patriots instead of RINOs.
Kasich and DeWine, represent the old, failed GOP that betrayed America.

More than 2/3 Haitians are on some sort of welfare. Americans in need waiting in line behind foreign nationals. Car accidents and deaths due to lack of English and driving skills.
Flooding a small community in Ohio with third world economic migrants, who mostly came here from South America, is next level insanity.
Congress has spoken.
The President has spoken.
The Supreme Court has spoken.
Enough.
How can mass immigration of Muslims and Africans into Europe continue when it is very obviously costly and harmful?
I think it boils down to three main reasons:
1. The press
The press consistently fails to inform its readers of these basic facts about the most important and most discussed topic in European politics.
2. Inertia in public opinion
Somehow it became settled that "the good side" is in favor of, or at least accepts, mass immigration. And once such a social paradigm has settled in, it is very hard to change.
For every individual, there is a strong social incentive to stay on "the good side" until the tide has changed. So they will not make any effort to find out the facts about mass immigration, and even tend to dismiss it when they encounter it as being "far right."
And the tide won't change until large numbers of individual people do.
That's why we can have this absurd situation with all the facts on the side of the immigration restrictionists, but it still continues.
3. Inertia in institutions and methods
The Human Rights Declaration of 1948 was created for a different world. Even the ECHR of 1998 was for a different world. And so on. These things did not have to be a problem; we could simply adjust them. But together with (1) and (2) they become a big problem.
At the invitation of Polish President Karol Nawrocki, we are commemorating today the 1956 Poznań workers’ uprising which is rightly viewed as one of the precursors to the Hungarian Revolution 70 years ago.
President @NawrockiKn and I also had the opportunity to discuss the current state of the historical relations between Hungary and Poland, and our visions for the future.
Bill Kristol on Israeli immigration policy: DNA-based right of return strictly for Ashkenazis that preserves its character as a homogenous ethnostate
Bill Kristol on American immigration policy: unlimited Mexicans and Indians and Haitians or else you're a bad Christian
A large amount of post-2020 migration in the U.S., Ireland, UK, perhaps other places appears to be a massive bailout for Boomer landlords and hoteliers, where the government imports "refugees" who then are "housed" at their properties with 100% occupancy at government expense.
