How can a Homeowners Association possibly be qualified to manage a $100,000,000 real estate asset?

Reality is, getting involved with my HOA was one of the stupidest decisions I’ve ever made, and the entire HOA system needs to be completely overhauled from scratch.

They especially can’t stand the real estate folks, and you make instant enemies for making an actual intelligent suggestion.

When I was 36, I decided to get very involved with my HOA.

I was highly-motivated, well-meaning, and had great real estate experience which I was happy to share.

It was the stupidness thing I’d ever done.

They wanted none of it, made my life miserable, and I could barely get anything done.

It was all I needed to know about politics, and quitting that HOA and selling my unit was one of the best decisions of my life.

A whistleblower came to ASA regarding a mid air collision between a Gulfstream jet and an unidentified metallic object that occurred off the coast of Florida on December 11 at approximately 27,000 feet and resulted in engine failure and an emergency landing.

There are indications that the unidentified object may have been a drone operating off the east coast with atypical characteristics.

The whistleblower is concerned because this altitude is highly regulated Class A airspace that requires flight plans and transponders, but in this instance, there were no flight plans for the object and the object was not transponding.

We can largely eliminate the possibility of common objects because:

- a weather balloon would have been transponding
- this altitude is too high for hobby drones and illegal for any drone
- there is no biological indicator of a bird strike
- video of the engine shows metal damage

I am concerned the incident is being downplayed by FAA. The report is being classified it as an “incident” and not an “accident,” which would require public announcement, investigation by NTSB, and an explanation.

Redeveloping existing properties is by far the most effective way to increase yield with the least amount of risk. This can range from updating finishes to rezoning a property for additional rentable SF, adding a unit if MFR, or changing the use. RE is everything but passive!

Is there any workable explanation for the triangle UFOs which have been photographed by US Navy personnel and engaged with by the Belgian Air Force?

“At NIDS we did a lengthy investigation of the black triangles. 150 cases. These things were one hundred yards long, low flying, huge, coming in over neighbourhoods and interstate highways and flying at tree top level.

“Brightly lit and silent. After the first ten we thought it has to be an advanced tech Special Access Programme by the Air Force. But the pilots were taking enormous risks over populated neighbourhoods with experimental craft?

“After 100 cases we concluded they were not US Air Force. Pilots were violating all safety features. It was decided the phenomenon was mimicking SAPs. We created a hypothesis: ‘bi-directional mimicry’ where the phenomenon was reflecting back to us what our advanced SAPs were doing.

“They were not us. But it was so confusing. Low flying, massive black triangles. One flew over Scott Air Force base in Illinois on January 5, 2000. Four separate police precincts with multiple officers watched it move around. It was unbelievable.

“The Pentagon has had a cushy number covering this up for years. The cat is out of the bag. There’s no putting the genie back now.”
