@StubHub with horrible customer service. Traveled to go to the Penn State whiteout game for my son’s senior year and they couldn’t get the tickets we purchased a month ago and couldn’t get any alternate tickets. On top of that the customer service was not helpful or caring!

This is a great example of how companies, like @StubHub, fail to gain customer trust and loyalty when it matters most. I have worked with plenty of companies that further my trust when a bad situation is created. Much better experiences on Gametime!

A quick update for this interested in how @StubHub responded in DM’s. They shared they are sorry and that a refund is being processed. No, they did not offer any additional discounts or try to cover expenses for travel and accommodations to watch the event outside the stadium.

I sent @StubHub a DM last night and didn’t hear anything back. Word of advice when travel is required for your event. Do not accept that they have up until 2 hours before the event to get your tickets. It is a terrible policy and puts the buyer in a really bad spot.

If you are buying after market tickets I would strongly recommend another platform

@commanders_365 Wear your gear! I live up in the Philadelphia and have been to a couple of games. Most Philly fans get a bad rep and have been no problem. Like anywhere else, don't be obnoxious and be tolerant to heckling and you will be fine.
