Seems as if a very bad dude was exchanged. Did @potus also get Russia to give up all illegally annexed territory? What am I missing? https://t.co/bNDWNu3bmD
@The_Bu11@antonia_mdprjct@fortworthchris You have a point, and what you are saying between the lines is that unemployment will go up putting downward pressure on wages. Wages being one input to construction. Additionally, decreased demand for materials will put downward pressure on the price of materials.
@JeffNuche@antonia_mdprjct@fortworthchris This is what I’m getting at. If we deconstruct the factors that go into construction, I’m certain some costs are going down - for example labor. I appreciate your examples as I think we will see more dips mid-winter.
@antonia_mdprjct@tothamoon629@fortworthchris Zooming in on the index for 2009, it is pretty clear that prices did dip compared to 2008. So if we are forecasting what will happen in 2023, it is plausible that the index may slide a little as well.
@elonmusk I recommend providing links with applicable evidence to substantiate the claims…then again, how often do journalists do the same? Also, an enhancement to the UX may be warranted.
Deny it or not, if you are at the helm, you knew or should have known and should have had the appropriate risk and control framework to mitigate risks. https://t.co/V68LrlNQMt
Tweet is misleading. The Fed’s goals are max employment, stable prices, and moderate long term interest rates. Right now 1 and 3 are in historically good positions; inflation is not. Rate hikes aim to drop inflation and the beatings will not stop until inflation drops…
@vincent13031925 Trend is concerning. Fed needs to cut interest rates immediately. They are massively amplifying the probability of a severe recession.
The Hours premiere at @MetOpera - outstanding trio of @ReneeFleming @kelliohara & @JoyceDiDonato delivered a very memorable performance - get your tickets before it’s completely sold out folks!
@Factschaser @softwarejameson @Data_Sams @martini245@theRealKiyosaki I highly recommend you read the book. It has a duality to it pairing wealth building habits of the rich dad and an empathetic perspective of Kiyosaki’s father. Thank you for your question! Appreciate the dialogue and your curiosity.
