Our @AmericanAir flight was delayed and caused our @HiltonHotels reservation to be cancelled. We are now being charged a reinstatement fee for our room, which is ridiculous and we 100% will never be staying at a Hilton again or flying American.

Still waiting for someone @AmericanAir to call me like they said they would. Really showing how much they value a customer who has been loyal for 15 years. Air miles to spend on the same airline that has abused your business is simply a bigger insult.
