@jeff_gluck I followed along with your commentary and the NASCAR live scoring. Then watched the highlights on YouTube. I would watch it live but do not have cable. I will watch the next 3 on NBC live. I would gladly pay for Peacock if they carried the race.
@AustinKonenski I followed along on twitter and the NASCAR live scoring. Then watched the highlights on YouTube. I do not have cable but will be able to watch the next 3 live. I would gladly pay for Peacock if they streamed the race.
@Jordan_Bianchi When this came across my notifications, I thought it said NASCAR was sending staff to the Gateway Dirt Nationals. Scouting for a winter indoor race π
@jeff_gluck@Jordan_Bianchi Hey Jeff, I am also disappointed that most of the Chase is not on NBC. We use an antenna for TV and Roku for streaming. I would gladly pay for Peacock throughout the Chase but will not be getting cable back. Currently I watch live timing and watch the YouTube extended highlights.
@Kenny_Wallace@DaleJr In racing, people like to use the most extreme examples of what things cost. I hear all the time that Bmod engines are $20,000, dirt Latemodels are $80,000 etc and that can be true. But plenty of guys are kicking ass with older well maintained stuff especially on a regional level
@DaleJr@markmartin@MattWeaverRA@nascardegen There is racing on 12 months a year. I used to pay more than what a Flo annual subscription is, just to watch two weeks of the Wildwest shootout in Arizona. A year of Flo and Dirtvision is a steal compared to what we were paying per event.
@DirtyMoMedia Can a shorter racetrack that has been repaved or had sealer put on, be broken in by hosting a series of Latemodel and Modified events before the next NASCAR weekend? And I mean like a week long event with multiple classes.
@MattWeaverRA What is going to be really cool about each series building stars is what we have had in Dirt Latemodels. The Crown Jewel races have a much bigger feel as both series collide and we get to see World of Outlaws vs High Limit
@therichardpetty Mike Joy said at the end of the broadcast that Tyler Reddick just had one of the gutsiest drives in the history of NASCAR. It was not, but what drives by others do you remember thinking, βMan, that took some guts!β
@jeff_gluck When did they even start using cool suits? Drivers used to melt there shoes on the floorboard and suck on a wet towel. Still a great drive for Reddick, but preposterous statement
